Provisions Group operates in a hybrid work environment, offering employees the flexibility to work from home. However, periodic in-office collaboration and participation in company events and meetings are expected to build relationships and maintain a connected culture.
In this role, you will collaborate across departments—including Sales, Recruiting, IT Services, Marketing, and Back Office—gaining exposure to all facets of the company. We also provide training on navigating and succeeding within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting and Talent Engagement :
- Perform recruiting and onboarding for Provisions Technology Services (PTS) and all internal hires.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and contractors, building lasting relationships to support their career growth and development.
- Cultivate referrals and generate leads from the candidate pool to help drive business growth.
- Develop and refine processes to enhance the candidate experience, including feedback systems and best practices for candidate rejections to ensure a respectful and supportive experience.
- Community and Event Management :
- Organize and facilitate internal company events, such as cross-team lunches, networking events, and milestone celebrations.
- Build partnerships with local Meetup and user groups, inviting them to network in our PG Game Room area.
- Represent PG at community events, industry meetups, and user groups to promote our company, foster relationships, and engage potential talent.
- Host community video meetings with employees throughout the year to maintain connection and engagement across all teams.
- Work closely with the VP of Community to plan and execute internal and external community initiatives that enhance the company's visibility and growth.
- Brand Awareness and Collaboration :
- Contribute to marketing efforts that promote awareness of our services, brand, and reputation within the community.
- Collaborate across departments (Sales, Recruiting, IT Services, Marketing, and Back Office) to align community initiatives with business goals.
- Communicate key updates and initiatives through internal newsletters, announcements, and meetings to keep employees informed and engaged.
