POSITION JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE : Business Office Liaison
REPORTS TO : Chief Financial Officer
Building Principal
QUALIFICATIONS :
Required Experience or Training
Understanding of computer operations; good organizational skills; good written and oral communication skills; aptitude for detailed work; knowledge of filing and record keeping; applied knowledge of bookkeeping procedures; ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner; ability to follow directions and work well with others.
Desired Experience or Training
High school diploma (some college desirable); experience in operating word processing, graphic presentations, and spreadsheet programs; understanding of business office procedures.
Special Requirements of the Position
Evidence of successful work experience and of a strong attendance record; willingness to schedule vacation around job requirements; ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; ability to work independently.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Filing
- Typing
- Preparing cash for deposit
- Assist cashier
- Schedule meetings
- Handle Business Office counter traffic
- Maintain Business Office records
- Prepare incoming mail for distribution
- Other duties and responsibilities associated with the position and / or as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer
