Position Overview:
Provive Wellness is seeking a Fee-for-Service Virtual Outpatient Clinician to provide individual therapy to clients struggling with Mental Health (MH) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) challenges. This fully remote position offers flexibility, allowing clinicians to set their own schedules while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. Clinicians will also participate in transition/collaboration sessions with the previous provider to maintain continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy to outpatient clients using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as the primary modality.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and state regulations.
Participate in transition/collaboration sessions to ensure seamless client care.
Attend regular staff meetings and case consultations.
Maintain ethical and professional standards in all clinical interactions.
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible scheduling based on client availability.
Evening availability is required.
Fully remote position – all sessions are conducted via a secure telehealth platform.
Fee-for-service pay structure – compensation is based on completed sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Licensure:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Active license in PA (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent required).
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing individual therapy.
Experience working with both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder clients is required.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong clinical and documentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Comfortable using EMR systems for documentation.
