Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Supervisor at Provive Wellness. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the clinical and administrative functions of the outpatient treatment programs. This includes ensuring compliance with state regulations, program development, financial management, accreditation standards, program marketing, hiring and supervising staff, and evaluating and developing program policies. Provides supervision and performance review to clinical staff, and evaluates all program services. This position will assist the Executive Director in areas of problems solving, conflict resolution, readiness for State inspections and other areas assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications
- Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, and Clinical Supervision skills
- Experience management and supervisory skills
- Strong understanding of SUD & MH demographic needs
- Previous experience in clinical supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Licensure in the state of Tennessee as a clinical supervisor preferred
