Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities in IT staffing and consulting. You will develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue through direct clients, MSPs, and large IT staffing firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with IT consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies, and startups.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients for IT staffing and consulting services.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Close deals by effectively presenting Provtechcom’s value proposition.
- Market & Industry Research
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, hiring needs, and staffing market demands.
- Identify niche staffing opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure clients receive top-quality candidates.
- Partner with founder to develop lead-generation campaigns and sales materials.
- Reporting & CRM Management
- Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and key metrics in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on revenue growth and client feedback.
