** Outside Sales Representative Role **
We are a recruitment agency looking to add a Sales Representative to our team. This role is for someone who wants to be a part of a team contributing to meet and exceed overall sales goals by converting new clients.
Our Sales Representative is responsible for bringing new, qualified clients, networking, relationship building. We are looking for a highly energetic individual, driven, self-starter, not afraid to knock on doors and network.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect new opportunities and build a pipeline to reach quota by speaking to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and determine prospect motivation offering solutions and support.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals.
- Maintaining daily KPIs and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and productivity metrics.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Cold calling and sourcing new business leads.
- Setting appointments, attending client meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in sales.
- Strong social skills, comfortable speaking to new people.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and thorough knowledge of staffing a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Strong customer service orientation is imperative.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, sense of urgency, personable, and well-organized.
- Computer literate with knowledge of applications such as MS Word and Excel and Outlook.
- Strong sense of ethics, character and interpersonal skills as well as a "can do" attitude.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
