We are a recruitment agency looking to add a Sales Representative to our team! This role is for someone who wants to be a part of a team to contribute to meet and exceed overall sales goals by converting new clients. Our Sales Representative is responsible for bringing new, qualified clients, networking, relationship building. We are looking for a highly energetic individual, someone who is driven, a go-getter / self-starter, not afraid to knock on doors and network.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Prospect new opportunities and build a pipeline to reach quota by speaking to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and determine prospect motivation offering solutions and support
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals
- Maintaining daily KPIs and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and productivity metrics
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Cold calling and sourcing new business leads.
- Setting appointments, attending client meetings
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in sales
- Strong social skills, comfortable speaking to new people
- Must have reliable transportation
- Book of business a plus
- Excellent communication skills and thorough knowledge of staffing a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Strong customer service orientation is imperative
- Self-starter, self-motivated, sense of urgency, personable, and well-organized
- Computer literate with knowledge of applications such as MS Word and Excel and Outlook
- Strong sense of ethics, character and interpersonal skills as well as a “can do" attitude
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
