Starting salary is between $66,000 and $70,000 annually, plus great commission opportunities!

Your day to day will include:
- Manage and grow a designated sales territory
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Conduct cold calls and emails to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide exceptional account management to existing clients
- Conduct outside sales visits to build relationships with clients
- 3 years of staffing sales experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong computer and written communication skills
- Able to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Comfortable with pre-employment background screening
- Reliable transportation to make it to work daily
