Position Summary
Assist the Senior Manager of Logistics in overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position is located in our Hebron, KY office.
Role & Responsibilities
· Serve as Subject Matter expert and primary management backup for all functions within the Hebron, KY Warehouse
o Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Customs/Exports, Damages/Recoup
· Serve as Facility Security Coordinator for site.
· Maintain all necessary process updates related to CTPAT in government website
o Work with Mexican CTPAT administrator to insure global compliance.
o Perform key audits and follow ups related to CTPAT
· Assist manager as needed on all 3PL provider functions and overall operational relationship
o Warehousing
o Co-packing
o Customs (Brokers)
· Financial Accountability
o Assist Sr. Manager with Invoice Auditing, Tracking, and Approval processes.
· Data Analysis
o Develop analytical tools and reports designed improve logistics and supply chain performance and profitability. Work with Industrial Engineer to build and/or enhance Power-Bi reporting capabilities.
o Generate weekly reports for shipment, purchases and inventory reports, as well as inventory turns and forecast accuracy metrics for weekly and monthly business monitoring
o Maintain and update all key reports as identified and needed

o Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiencies and reduce costs.
o Manage Projects and Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives for the team.

o Establish and document guidelines for all logistics operations
o Review, Develop and maintain an Operations Playbook
· Quality Facilitator
o Work with and Assist Corporate Quality Manager with any / all projects in Warehouse
· Safety Champion
o Ensure that all logistics operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations (e.g., transportation laws, safety regulations).
o Help maintain a safe working environment by ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college preferred and 3 – 5 years of leadership & relevant Industry experience (preferable in Supply Chain/Logistics or related areas)
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with entire Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, Power-Bi, and PowerPoint)
- Strong experience in Financial Accountability including reviewing and approving vendor invoices.
- Working knowledge of major ERP and/or WMS/TMS systems (i.e. SAP)
- Working knowledge of standard warehouse processes and ability to create Standard Operating Procedures
- Working knowledge of freight/trucking operations
- Inventory management and cycle count process knowledge mandatory
- Excellent written and communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings and lead projects.
