What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mail Clerk position at Proxytrust?
We are seeking a Mail Clerk to work in our mailroom to handle, sort and distribute envelopes and packages. In this role, you should be diligent and reliable. You should have excellent attention to detail, good literacy skills and the ability to remain calm and productive when handling urgent mail. Your goal will be to ensure our mail and packages reaches its recipients in good condition and all material is filed away properly. This is a full-time but temporary position ending in Mid-May.
Mail Clerk Qualifications/Skills:

- Clear handwriting
- Ability to read, write and understand a wide range of materials
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous mailroom or clerical experience a plus
