Seeking a Senior Merchandiser of Trend. This person will play a key role in trend forecasting, product approvals, and seasonal planning, ensuring the brand stays ahead in all distribution channels (department stores, mid-tier, off-price, club, and mass markets). Our client looking for a Senior Merchandiser who is ready to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment where creativity thrives.
This role is in office Monday - Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trend Forecasting & Strategy – Identify emerging fashion trends and develop Seasonal Color and Trend Direction decks.
- Product & Market Planning – Oversee product approvals and align strategies with different retail tiers.
- Creative & AI Integration – Conceptualize capsule collections, leverage generative AI, and manage creative assets in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Present merchandising strategies to internal teams and external partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of experience in fashion merchandising, trend forecasting, or product development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn consumer insights into product strategies.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, and open to using AI tools for ideation.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
