Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Prudent seeks a skilled Survey Instrument Operator (I / O) to join our team.
The Survey I / O will be responsible for conducting survey projects for various clients. This role requires an elevated level of technical expertise and the ability to work with seasoned party chiefs and surveying team professionals.
What you'll be able to do :
- Conduct surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of various features such as land boundaries, topography, and other physical features.
- Work with a Party Chief and / or License Land Surveyor(s) to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and maintain accurate survey records, reports, and sketches to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data collected.
- Operate survey equipment such as Trimble Robotic Total Stations, Trimble GPS / GNSS units, Leica ScanStation P50, Leica RTC360 3D Laser Scanners, and Trimble Data Collectors to collect accurate measurements and data.
- Assist in analyzing survey data and prepare maps, charts, and other graphical representations of survey results using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software including MicroStation V8 & Inroads and Carlson Survey.
