Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist with PruittHealth, you will play a vital role in assessing and addressing the unique needs of our patients. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' abilities and develop targeted interventions to promote independence and mobility
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document and report patient progress accurately and timely
Requirements
- Graduate degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
- Certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in home health or a related field (desired)
