Job Summary
We are seeking a driven sales professional to develop early and appropriate referrals by creating and sustaining business partnerships with referral sources, driving growth in our skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care business.
Main Responsibilities
- BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS: Establish relationships with PruittHealth Skilled Nursing staff to ensure effective communication with referral sources and identify opportunities for growth.
- STRATEGIC REFERRAL SOURCES: Identify key referring physicians, build the PruittHealth skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care brand, and explore opportunities to increase referral volume from these offices.
- TERRITORY MANAGEMENT: Manage a territory, conduct sales calls and presentations, and generate referrals through building long-term business relationships.
Requirements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate with different disciplines in the healthcare field.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (primarily MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with virtual working tools and videoconferencing software (Webex, Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams).
- Able to master additional professional software.
- Participation in center/agency surveys (Licensure/JCAHO) and any subsequently required reports.
- Honors patients/residents' rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property, and civil rights, including the right to wage complaints.
- Follows established safety regulations, including fire protection and prevention, smoking regulations, infection control, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred; extensive relevant industry experience with two years of college or business school and/or equivalent combination of experience and training.
