**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a BS/BA degree from an accredited college in healthcare administration or a related field;
• a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Hospice operations;
• five years executive management level experience;
• knowledge of Hospice operations, state and federal regulations, and compliance;
• proficiency in working with computers, including Microsoft Office;
