Key duties include setting up machines for production cycles, controlling machine settings, feeding materials to semi-automated machines, performing quality checks, and maintaining activity logs. Additionally, the role requires regular attendance and ability to work effectively with colleagues as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have basic math skills, in-house forklift training, and on-the-job computer training. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. A High School/GED Diploma is mandatory, and safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection are necessary when working in production areas. Ability to stand 8-12 hours, bend/stoop 30-60 times in an 8-hour shift, and lift 50 lbs is also essential.
