- Performs all tasks involved in the production of cable/wire.
- Follows standard work procedures and complies with all safety rules.
- Conducts daily safety start-up checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts while using proper PPE.
- Meets all specifications of the Work Order, monitoring process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintains and logs all information required supporting traceability and quality.
- Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred.
- Ability to Bend and Reach frequently, Push & Pull 75 lbs, and Lift 40 lbs.
- Can carry out verbal or written instructions.
- Meets attendance guidelines.
- Availability to work overtime (up to 12-hour shifts sometimes).
- Ability to work night shifts, or some flexibility with shift schedule.
Salary : $250
