- Performs all tasks involved in the production of cable/wire
- Follows standard work procedures and complies with all safety rules
- Conducts daily safety start-up checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts while using proper PPE
- Meets all specifications of the Work Order, monitoring process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintains and logs all information required supporting traceability and quality
- Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred
- Ability to Bend and Reach frequently, Push & Pull 75 lbs, and Lift 40 lbs
- Can carry out verbal or written instructions
- Meets attendance guidelines
- Availability to work overtime (up to 12-hour shifts sometimes)
- Ability to work night shifts, or some flexibility with shift schedule
