Role
- Lead customer experience and success to craft digital and physical experiences.
- Use data analytics and research to improve outcomes and processes.
- Thoroughly understand our clients’ needs and serve as both their advocate and the representative of Pryze.
- Carefully and creatively design each phase of the client journey, encompassing physical and virtual products, mobile user experiences, support, social media content, service delivery, community engagement, and beyond

Compensation
- Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually
- Commission: 10% of the first months revenue of any accounts you are in charge of that convert after the 90 day pilot period.
- Bonus: structured based on performance and time with organization.
