Job Description
Reporting to Human Resources, acts as the Corporate Concierge at the Philadelphia Corporate office. Greets visitors in a professional manner, answers the corporate phone and assists in general administrative tasks for the corporate office. Supports executives in corporate office by booking travel and assists with expense management.
Main responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Experience : At least 3 years of clerical and administrative experience in a corporation.
Education : H.S. diploma or equivalency.
Knowledge/ Technical
Skills : Must be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, Excel, Google and PowerPoint. Knowledgeable in travel and expense management systems. Must be able to multi-task and be able to answer multi-line telephone system.
Personal
Traits : Works well with others, including employees, vendors and customers.
Able to follow directions and procedures.
Demonstrate ability to participate effectively with diverse cross-cultural groups both within and outside the company.
Exhibits problem solving skills or understands when to seek assistance in difficult situations.

Main responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greet, register and announce visitors
- Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department efficiently.
- Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions and other information.
- Help book global travel for executives.
- Assist with Executive expense management.
- Receive, log and distribute documents received via courier
- Order office supplies as needed
- Order Company/Department Catering as needed
- Reserve conference rooms when necessary
- Keep reception area organized and neat. Prepare conference rooms for meetings as needed and clean up after every meeting and at the end of the day.
- Assist with local events as needed (holiday party, customer service week, etc.)
- Issue and cancel PSA BDP IDs upon hire/termination
- Performs other job-related duties and functions as required.
