Job Description
The Chief Legal and Compliance Officer is the most senior lawyer and legal qualification holder at our company. They report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the board of directors.
This role oversees all legal operations, including in-house legal teams and external counsel. The officer ensures compliance with laws and regulations and handles complex legal matters related to litigation, disputes, contracts, and more.
Main Responsibilities :
- Developing legal strategies that align with the company's business objectives
- Implementing risk mitigation measures and highlighting legal implications of business strategies
- Representing the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and before regulatory authorities
- Managing and reviewing HR and administration policies and procedures
- Leading and managing each of Legal, HR, and Administration teams
