Pricing Head – Global FCL Services

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Head to lead our pricing strategies for Global FCL services. This role involves analyzing market trends, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring competitive pricing to drive profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage pricing strategies for Global FCL services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust rates.
  • Negotiate freight rates and space allocations with carriers.
  • Support sales teams with accurate and customized pricing solutions.
  • Monitor revenue, margins, and cost structures to maximize profitability.
  • Drive process improvements and digitalization for pricing management.

Requirements :

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in pricing or trade management within the NVOCC or freight forwarding industry, with a focus on FCL.
  • Strong knowledge of ocean freight pricing and carrier negotiations.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, freight management systems, and pricing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
