Head of Risk - Singapore - TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD.
This role requires an experienced professional to oversee the company's risk management framework, covering credit, operational, and technological risks, as well as asset-liability management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of the company's risk management for credit, operational, and technological risks, and asset-liability management, including implementation of risk framework, policies, and procedures.
- Formalization and implementation of the enterprise-wide risk management framework and risk governance to manage and control all aspects of risks.
- Identification, monitoring, and evaluation of the company's risk exposure, with recommendations for strategies and procedures to mitigate these risks.
- Assistance in implementing, reviewing, and updating risk management policies and procedures on an annual basis.
- Coordination of annual assurance to the Board that the system of internal control and risk management system are adequate and effective.
- Provision of analysis for presentation to ALCO and secretary duties to ALCO in the absence of a permanent Asset-Liability Management officer.
- Review of risk assessment against MAS Notices and Guidelines on Technology risk, working closely with Technology Security Officers and Internal Audit on findings.
