Requirements
Inventory Control & Cycle Inventory:
Physical abilities will include walking and standing on concrete/hard surfaces for a minimum of 2.5 hours to 8 hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds regularly and 75-100 pounds occasionally, able to reach, twist, bend, kneel, climb a ladder while carrying product. Ability to perceive color differences and wear safety equipment as required. Must be able to tolerate non-toxic paint odors may require the ability to drive a forklift and/or order picker.

Requirements
Inventory Control & Cycle Inventory:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available for order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accurate product quantities are recorded in the system.
- Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure that products are stored in an organized and accessible manner, following safety standards.
- Maintain product organization to facilitate easy access during order fulfillment and inventory counts.
- Review and verify customer orders to ensure they are accurate and complete before shipment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing, including packing, labeling and invoicing.
- Track and resolve any discrepancies or delays in shipments, communicating with relevant departments and/or customers as needed.
- Assign routes to drivers or shipping personnel to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor the status of deliveries to ensure routes are followed as planned and deadlines are met.
- Adjust routes as necessary based on real-time feedback and delivery requirements.
- Maintain and track the color match order log to ensure all custom color orders are processed and fulfilled accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure color matches meet customer specifications.
- Monitor the status of color match orders.
- Address and resolve product claims related to shipping, damage, or incorrect orders, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Collaborate with customers and vendors to investigate the cause of claims and work toward solutions.
- Maintain a record of all claims and resolutions for future reference and reporting purposes.
- Previous experience in inventory control, order fulfillment, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in inventory and orders.
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Problem-solving abilities to manage claims and resolve issues promptly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities efficiently.
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Candidates must submit to a drug screen and meet acceptable Motor Vehicle Report requirements upon the hiring process.
