Drive change and operational effectiveness throughout Revenue Growth and Lending (RGL). Supports RGL operations through the use of business analysis, project management, and financial analysis.
Schedule: 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm Monday Friday
This position has a minimum expectation of 2 days per week or as needed.

In this position, you will
- System Coordination: Responsible for coordinating application and system requirements related to lending systems and other RGL applications.
- Testing and Releases: Oversees testing, aids in training, and coordinates production releases for RGL Systems.
- Data Mining, Process Improvement, and Project Coordination: Compares data and processes to industry standards, identifying areas for business process improvement and workflow automation. Identifies inefficiencies, assesses their impact, and designs process enhancements for optimal operations. Collects, organizes, and analyzes data for project coordination and enhancements.
- Business Intelligence: Analyzes business intelligence needs, provides input for solution design, and creates custom reports.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensures adherence to policies by performing quality assurance on departmental work products. Adhere to applicable Federal and State Regulations.
- Statistical Analysis: Applies statistical analysis to enhance RGL processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
