Records Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enforcing Records Information Management governance for proper handling and retention of records. Reporting to the Records Management Officer, this position ensures that all correspondence templates and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Incumbent manages record production, release protocols, and maintains compliance to support regulatory access and data integration. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am -4:30pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.

In this position, you will
- Maintain and enforce standards for scheduled review and ad hoc processes to ensure all correspondence is reviewed, accurate, and up to date for use in alignment with internal policy and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and enforce the corporate records retention schedule and ensure proper archiving, production, storage, and destruction of records all in accordance with the retention schedule and applicable policies.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system to ensure records can be located quickly and are available for regulatory inspection at any time.
- Ensure accuracy and security of content by following redaction rules when responding to legal document demands as well as ensuring completeness of the record.
- Organizing the work for various media (paper records, microfiche, rollfiche, data disks, etc.) and coordinate with the appropriate business unit (s) for better record keeping and digital initiatives.
