About the Role
PSEG is seeking an experienced Nuclear Power Plant Engineer to join our team as a License Renewal Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Subsequent License Renewal Project for Hope Creek and Salem Generating Stations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze technical documents to inform license renewal decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Aging Management Plans and other related documents
- Interface with vendors and contractors to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate and Station stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Support the development and revision of procedures related to license renewal applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years of Nuclear Power Plant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must meet Nuclear's requirements for Unescorted Site Access
