We are seeking a skilled Senior Consumer Lending Manager to join our team at PSFCU. This role will be responsible for managing personnel and daily operations of consumer lending to ensure the team meets lending goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel and daily operations of consumer lending to ensure the team meets lending goals and objectives.
- Participate in formulating and administering credit union consumer lending programs and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Review loan applications for conformance to established loan policies, completeness of documentation, accuracy, and quality.
- Evaluate and document employee performance, provide frequent feedback and coaching, and prepare annual performance evaluations.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational training, seminars, and reviewing business publications.
- Generate reports and conduct analysis to track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making by senior management.
- Collaborate with branches and other departments to ensure alignment of lending activities with overall business objectives and risk management.
Requirements:
