The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Construction / Property Accountant , working in Real Estate industry in Quincy, Massachusetts, United States .
- Works with Property & Asset Management Teams to ensure financial integrity of assigned properties.
- Performs balance sheets, reserves and capital expenditure analysis.
- Reviews, analyzes, and records adjustments and accruals to general ledger.
- Reviews and approves invoices in AvidXchange to ensure property coding.
- Commits Payments once a week on syndicated properties to be cut by Accounts Payable.
- Prepares CAM & Property Tax Reimbursements (Mid- Year & End of Year).
- Assists with the preparation of annual budget and property forecasts.
- Works with outside auditors to complete the annual audit and tax returns.
- Prepares lender reporting requirements.
