The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist , working in Banking / Finance industry in Columbus, Ohio, 43219, United States .
- Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system (Hogan) and as needed, update collateral records in loan servicing system.
- Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents.
- Research and verify lien position on UCCs and titles for loans secured by RVs, vehicles and boats and also analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution.
- Prepare customer communication.
- Manage workflow to ensure SLA's are met or exceeded.
