Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations management role for an HVAC company or similar capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in analyzing financial statements, including profit loss reports.
• Background in sales or business development is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement strategies.
• Strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration.
