Project Coordinator

Position Overview: Growing Engineering Firm motivated to hire a Project Coordinator. Will be responsible for managing and coordinating various technical activities and projects. This role involves planning, scheduling, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update projects within the company's system.
- Maintain and organize the project calendar.
- Track project progress and performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets and project expenditures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the team.
- Work with field service crews to ensure all resources are available to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management, such as processing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
- 3 years project coordination experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
