Summary of Position :
The agency seeks a Senior Procurement Analyst who can work independently with minimal direction.
This role requires strong judgment and decision-making skills to manage complex fiscal administration and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes.
The Senior Procurement Analyst will oversee the procurement of goods and services, ensuring alignment with the OTPS budget and division needs.
Job Duties :
Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts, including service agreements, purchase orders, and consulting agreements.
Conduct thorough contract reviews and analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from solicitation to contract closeout.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
Stay abreast of changes in contract law and procurement regulations.
Collaborate with legal counsel and other relevant departments as needed.
May be required to participate in procurement planning and strategy development.
Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements :
3 years of experience in Contract management, procurement or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong understanding of contract and procurement principles
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suits.
Experience with Contract Management software - preferred
