Anticipated Duration of the Engagement : 24 months (3 / 29 / 2025 - 3 / 28 / 2027)
Mandatory Qualification :
Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a TesterBetween four (4) and seven (7) years of experience in quality assurance managing testing across multiple high-profile projects, with complex functional domains, within a matrix organizationBetween four (4) and seven (7) years of experience developing and executing Automated Test ScriptsDesirable Qualifications :
Four (4) to Seven (7) years of work experience developing test plans, test cases, tracking defects and developing automated tests in an Agile / Scrum environmentThree (3) to five (5) years of work experience leading and managing functional test planning and test execution activitiesFour (4) to Seven (7) of work experience with automated testing, using tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio or related toolsFour (4) to Seven (7) of work experience in java scripting or related programing languages within the context of developing automated test script solutionsThree (3) to five (5) years of work experience conducting test management and defect management activities using Jira or other toolsThree (3) to five (5) years of work experience creating reports and dashboards for test metrics using Jira or other toolsThree (3) to five (5) years of experience reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior managementDuties / Responsibilities :
Working for the QA Lead, the QA will :
Possess good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and participate in Daily stand-up meetings / Iteration Planning / Backlog refinement sessions and provide inputs as requiredPossess knowledge and experience developing and executing Automated test scriptsDevelop Testing artifacts (Sprint / Iteration level Workstream / Project level Test plans, Test scenarios, Test cases, Test scripts)Perform test execution following the standards and guidelines established by the projectLog defects and track until closure following the IES Defect Management processAssist with and coordinate Iteration review sessions (demo), Exploratory Testing and User Acceptance Testing with Business usersCoordinate and Assist with Performance testing, Vulnerability / Security testing and other non-functional testing activitiesEstablish schedules and estimates and adhere to Iteration timelinesReport project activities to management, including progress, risks, mitigations, issues, resolutions, successes, and lessons learnedUnderstand and adhere to project timelines and priorities
