Infrastructure Engineer – Executive IT Support (Onsite, Columbus, OH)
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to provide high-level IT support for executives at our corporate headquarters in Columbus, OH. This role is part of a larger team delivering enterprise-level Computer, Network, Storage, Cloud, and End-User infrastructure solutions while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality technical support.
This is a fully onsite position (5 days per week) at our corporate HQ in Columbus, OH.
What You’ll Do
✅ Provide high-touch IT support to executives, ensuring seamless technology experiences.
✅ Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues related to PCs, mobile devices, and common applications.
✅ Plan, evaluate, and implement infrastructure solutions to enhance business operations.
✅ Collaborate with teams including Project Managers, Solution Engineers, and Business Analysts.
✅ Manage system performance, upgrades, and configurations.
✅ Prepare documentation including technical reports, manuals, and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, support, or engineering.
✔ Proven experience designing and implementing infrastructure solutions in a corporate office setting
✔ Strong executive IT support experience, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔ Solid knowledge of PCs, mobile devices, and common enterprise applications.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and manage enterprise infrastructure, including network, cloud, and storage solutions.
✔ Experience following change management and incident management processes.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Location & Work Arrangement
📍 Onsite – Columbus, OH (Corporate HQ) | 5 days per week
