- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to incarcerated individuals, addressing the root causes of trauma and mental health challenges.
- Diagnose clients with behavioral and mental health disorders in alignment with DSM-V diagnostic criteria.
- Work collaboratively with clients and supervisors to identify mental health concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to foster healing, encourage prosocial behavior, and support successful reintegration into society.
- Maintain limited-permit status in good standing with New York State.
- Adhere to professional ethics and maintain clear boundaries regarding client care and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate reliability and consistency with attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with program and state regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with best practices, particularly in trauma-informed care and rehabilitation.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and staff across the organization.

- LP-MHC
