What You’ll Do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software applications for patient engagement, provider workflows, and telehealth services.
- Work with diverse teams to identify pain points and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare security standards.
- Support and troubleshoot internal tools to improve efficiency across departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of software development experience with a strong understanding of modern web and backend technologies.
- 1 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
- 2 years of experience in open source frameworks
- Proficiency in Linux and experience working in cloud-based or on-prem environments.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL), including writing queries to pull and aggregate data efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical teams, gather requirements, and deliver intuitive solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for improving healthcare through technology.
- Experience in healthcare tech or HIPAA-compliant applications is a plus.
