Inpatient RN Program Director of Behavioral Health Unit
*This is a salaried position that requires on call
Salary: Up to $115,000 per year based on experience
14 Bed Geri Psych Unit
Location: Nacogdoches, TX - Onsite
*New Inpatient Location- Opening April 2025

As PMC’s Inpatient Program Director, your focus will be on the 3Cs; Care, Community and Compliance.
- Care: Lead, manage, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician.
- Community: Energetically lead, implement, and deliver community education on inpatient unit to facility staff, local medical facilities, and community members through presentations, events, and one-on-one conversations.
- Compliance: Oversee operations Behavioral Health Unit, focusing on Care, Community, and Compliance.

Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge – required
- BLS – required
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of operation – required
- Experience working in psychiatric behavioral health - preferred
- Five years Management experience - preferred
- Handle with Care Training – provided
- Master’s Degree Nursing - preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills – required
- On-site training provided.
