Location: Brentwood, TN- Hybrid Schedule- Must be based in the Nashville or surrounding area.
Salary: Up to 60k based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
The Revenue Cycle Staff Accountant duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
· Records daily cash receipts
· Completes monthly B2B billing processes for multiple entities
· Reviews billing processes and implements ongoing process improvements
· Ensures revenue matching by performing various procedures and reconciliation in a time sensitive manner
· Prepares journal entries and account reconciliations
· Prepares variances analyses
· Monitors Accounts Receivable and interacts with customers to resolve open balances
· Serves as primary backup for professional fees revenue processes
· Serves as primary backup other processes as assigned
· Works collaboratively to solve problems and improve processes
· Supports annual audit and tax return preparation processes
· Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in related field required. CPA candidate preferred.
- Experience: one to two years related experience required.

Working Conditions
This job predominantly works from a professional office environment, with occasional work from a personal home office, but may require some travel to hospital/clinical and corporate office locations.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
