TMS and Spravato Coordinator
Overview:
The TMS and Spravato Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our TMS and Spravato services. This role involves patient care, appointment coordination, and ensuring smooth treatment delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business for these services by fostering positive patient experiences and supporting providers in delivering high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling platforms, and general computer systems.
- Ability to Work in a Clinical Setting: Comfortable working in a healthcare environment and assisting with patient care.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification: Holding an active CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) license is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience with TMS, Spravato, or mental health services is advantageous but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- CPR/BLS Certification: Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer TMS and Spravato treatments following established protocols.
- Accurately document treatment sessions, patient responses, and any adjustments made per provider instructions.
- Manage TMS and Spravato appointment scheduling to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.
- Educate patients on TMS and Spravato treatments, addressing questions and providing ongoing support.
- Coordinate with providers to implement treatment plan adjustments as necessary.
- Coordinate Spravato pharmacy deliveries to ensure timely receipt and proper storage of medications for scheduled treatments.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of TMS equipment.
- Track inventory for medications and supplies used in Spravato and TMS treatments.
- Assist with outreach efforts to promote TMS and Spravato services to potential referral sources.
- Assist in the prior authorization process to ensure timely approval for TMS and Spravato treatments.

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
