Job Summary
We seek a motivated Clinical Psychologist Post-Doctoral Fellow to conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, clarify diagnoses, and support intervention planning. This role offers hands-on experience with diverse populations using best-practice assessment methods, supervised by experienced licensed psychologists. Additional training opportunities, including group consultation and professional presentations, are available. This position is ideal for candidates completing postdoctoral hours.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology (Required)
- Licensed or working toward licensure in Utah
- Training in administering and scoring psychological tests (IQ, achievement, autism assessments)
- Proficiency with electronic health records and digital assessment tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with children, including sitting on the floor and managing behaviora/safety needs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations, including intake assessments, test administration, and behavioral management
- Analyze data and formulate diagnostic impressions
- Provide clear, timely diagnostic reports and recommendations to caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards
- Participate in supervision, setting goals, and implementing feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues and community partners for comprehensive care
- Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and responsive client communication
Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site with potential for remote work one day a week
- Flexible weekday hours (M-F)
