We are currently looking for a therapist who specializes in couples and family therapy.
Come join our amazing team! As an Outpatient Psychotherapist, you have the opportunity to work in clinic, telehealth or a combination of both. You are able to create a flexible schedule that meets your needs.
At this time, we are only hiring applicants who hold a Wisconsin licensure that does not require supervision (i.e. LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs). We are not able to hire IT applicants at this time.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and support.
- Engage in crisis intervention as needed, and offer specialized counseling for children and families.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
