About The Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company’s expansion by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing market penetration. You will be responsible for creating and executing a business development strategy that aligns with company goals. Your work will involve a combination of strategic planning, relationship management, and sales execution to fuel business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and business partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
• Lead negotiations and secure partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
• Oversee lead generation efforts and ensure a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Create and present business development reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Research and recommend new markets, products, or services to expand PsychPlus’s impact.
• Optimize business development efforts through data-driven decision-making.
• Regularly communicate progress and key findings to management and relevant teams.

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $60,000 and $90,000 annually at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other PsychPlus Health-sponsored benefits.
