PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently hiring a Housing Navigator to work full-time with clients experiencing homelessness in Altadena, CA. This is a TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT with the potential for converting to a permanent position for a strong candidate.
This position is based in Altadena, but the Housing Navigator will be working in the Irwindale office while the Altadena office is temporarily closed.
Requirements-
- A minimum of one year of experience providing case management support to people experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness, including working with people experiencing chronic health issues, mental health needs, or with histories of substance use.
- A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology is preferred.
- Possess a valid California driver's license and have access to properly registered vehicle.
