- 5–7 years of experience in insurance planning or Medicare consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
- Active Health & Life Insurance and Medicare licenses (Access Health licenses preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven analytical skills for evaluating financial and insurance data
- Client-focused mindset with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
