About You
We are seeking someone who supervises and manages programs and major service delivery activities within behavioral health programs. This position would supervise all clinical staff, including therapists, LVN / LPT, and Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialists. You will be working with adults (18 ) who are diagnosed with a chronic mental illness (ex : schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD) and other co-occurring conditions. We are seeking someone passionate about both providing supervision to a clinical team, as well as providing direct services to the client population.
You will need :
- Full Vaccination against COVID-19 – CA required.
- Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) - required
- Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – preferred.
- Will accept BBS license-eligible candidates.
- Great attitude - required.
- Experience working in Mental Health or in residential care – preferred.

Your Responsibilities
Your role as a clinic supervisor is to provide leadership, treatment coordination, and direct service of mental health and rehabilitation services to our clients. This position would apply advanced clinical knowledge and judgment and train staff as needed.

We are always looking for individuals with special certifications, skills, training, and degrees, and compensate competitively for them! (ex : CNA, NVCI, First Aid, CPR, Narcan, SUDS, CADC, ARF / RCFE, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.)

The pay range assigned to this role is based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Monday - Friday AM (8am-5pm)
Salary : $110,000 - $126,000
