Clinical Therapy Supervisor

Job Description:

In partnership with twenty-six counties and mental health departments across California, Psynergy provides rehabilitation and specialty mental health services to individuals afflicted with complex and chronic mental illness.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage programs and major service delivery activities within behavioral health programs.
• Oversee all clinical staff, including therapists, LVNs/LPTs, and Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialists.
• Work with adults (18 ) diagnosed with chronic mental illness and other co-occurring conditions.

Requirements:

• Full Vaccination against COVID-19 – CA required.
• Experience working in Mental Health or residential care – preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, treatment coordination, and direct service of mental health and rehabilitation services to clients.
• Apply advanced clinical knowledge and judgment to train staff as needed.
• Oversee quality and frequency of clinical services.
• Provide coaching and feedback to clinical staff.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provides supervision and direct care services as assigned and within the scope of practice.
• Provides clinical training consistent with agency standards, practices, and policies and oversight to staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Provides appropriate consultation and backup to support other staff in responding to client crises.
