Now, we need a Product-Minded Software Engineer to build, scale, and optimize our AI-native platform. This isn’t a typical engineering role. You won’t just write code. You’ll own the product as well. You’ll be deeply involved in product decisions, user feedback, and business outcomes, shaping not just what we build but why we build it.

80% hands-on coding, 20% product strategy - You’ll ship code fast, but also engage in product discussions, customer feedback, and iteration cycles.Full-Stack Development – Work across the entire stack, building user-facing applications with React and developing backend APIs and services with FastAPI. Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment in AWS, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.Customer-focused engineering - You won’t just build features. You’ll talk to users, analyze feedback, and make product decisions.AI-driven innovation - Build and deploy LLM-powered features that enhance clinician workflows, not just add hype.Scalability & performance - Ensure our platform is fast, reliable, and ready to scale as we grow.What We’re Looking For
3 years of full-stack development experience : You’ve built and shipped production apps.Proficiency in React, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python, and MongoDB : You have experience working across the stack, from building frontend applications to developing backend APIs and managing databases.AWS deployment experience : You know how to build, ship, and scale web apps in the cloud.LLM integration experience : You’ve worked with AI models and understand how to bring them into real-world applications.Product-first mindset : You don’t just write code. You think about the user, the business, and how your work drives impact.Self-starter mentality : You’re willing to figure things out, move fast, and make an impact from day one.Strong communication & collaboration skills : You iterate quickly, take feedback well, and work ego-free.A formal engineering or scientific educationExperience in a startup environmentA passion for healthcare and AIExperience running A / B tests and using analytics toolsBenefits
