The Human Resources Manager will oversee the day-to-day functions of the HR department, working with management to provide an enhanced employee experience. You will be responsible for HR areas throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, compliance, employee relations and more. Superior service and sound judgment will help you be successful within the department and across teams.

What you will do :
- Work closely with department leadership on employee and business needs to support the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.
- Works closely with management, department leaders and employees to improve culture and work relationships, build morale, and increase engagement and retention.
- Recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements in department and services performed. Manage the rollout of HR programs and initiatives.
- Responsible for delivering and administering HR policies, programs, and practices across the organization, ensuring uniform and equitable application.
- Manage employee relations processes including mediation, investigations, and disciplinary action.
- Oversee performance management processes.
- Manage immigration processes and I9 compliance.
- Prepare and present metrics, data, and reports related to HR functions.
- Stay current on trends and developments within human resources and employment law.
- Manage, coach, develop team in an engaging and supportive culture.
