As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the financial health of our organization. Working closely with our Controller, you will oversee general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all internal accounting functions. You’ll also help optimize financial processes, analyze key financial data, and support strategic decision-making. What you will do :
- Perform general accounting duties for the organization including entering transactions and reconciling general ledger, credit card, and cash accounts.
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual Close process.
- Monitor firm’s AR and serve as liaison with individual unit office managers to ensure timely collection
- Prepare and file tax forms, business registrations, and business licensing with state and local government agencies.
- Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
