Job Overview & Responsibilities:
As Front Office Manager, you will facilitate and supervise the daily front office operations for local clinics. You will be responsible for district front office supervisors, scheduling and referral coordinators, and other staff members. This position will focus on district front office engagement, environment, and staff performance. You will share the mission and values of PT Solutions.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Ability to perform at or above budgeted metrics for visits and evaluations.
- You will work closely with operations and administrative leaders.
- You will act as a hiring manager for all open front office positions.
- Your job involves spending time in every district, twice a month, with a meaningful presence by interacting with patients and staff.
- You will provide coaching that focuses on district front office performance, including referral management, point-of-care adherence, and customer service expectations.
- You are accountable for educating the region on front office process updates.
- You will monitor KPI performance of every clinic regularly and be accountable for all front office KPIs.
- You will manage front office labor and schedules.
- You will provide coaching to front office supervisors to develop their people management skills.
- You will participate in side-by-side mentoring or coaching of staff who are struggling and matching high performers with mentees for side-by-side opportunities.
- You will perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Pay Range:
Experience & Skills:
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Submission of your diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required.
- You should have keyboarding skills with the ability to type 45 words per minute, preferred.
- You should have strong interpersonal, oral (including telephone skills), and written communication skills.
- You should have good organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications.
- You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- You should have a complete understanding of medical reimbursement and technology.
- You should have knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles, including a basic working knowledge of standard office equipment.
- You should have demonstrated skill in prioritizing daily responsibilities and crises to handle a heavy workload.
- You should be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- You should have strong customer service skills.
- You should have knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Pay Range
- $42,000-$49,000 per year
- This pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
Schedule
- This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position.
